Session frequency is based on your individual needs, goals, and availability. Most clients start out meeting weekly, and many eventually decide to transition to biweekly (every other week) sessions. Monthly maintenance sessions are also available when appropriate. Your session frequency can be discussed and adjusted as needed.

The majority of my clients are Millenial and Gen Z women, but I gladly work with all adult women. I am a proud ally of the LGBTQ+ community and fully welcome women with diverse identities. I may not be a good fit for you if you are: -needing treatment for active substance use or disordered eating -seeking faith-based therapy These are not my areas of expertise, but I would be happy to provide referrals.

All sessions begin on the hour and are scheduled for 50 minutes. There is a 10-minute buffer between sessions to ensure sessions begin on time.

The 20-minute curiosity call is totally cost and pressure free. If you decide to begin therapy with me, my rate per session is $135. There is no additional charge for intake sessions. I do reserve several reduced fee spots for clients who are experiencing financial hardship. Please note reduced fee spots are limited and may not always be available.
